Marino Was a Godsend!
Marino was a godsend! We moved into our brand new build home, and our dryer stopped working suddenly. So we were in a pickle, and figured we’d probably have to purchase a new dryer. However, after calling ElectricMan, we figured they would be able to help us out and maybe it was just an electric issue. Turns out it absolutely was, but at first, we couldn’t figure out exactly what was happening as the outlets were giving out enough energy. Marino did extensive research and ultimately left with no solution. But he called me the next morning on a Saturday and told me he thought about a solution last night and that he had one, so he went to Lowe’s, purchased a brand new switch for our breaker specifically controlling the dryer (as the new build wasn’t compatible with GFCI connections in our Samsung dryer). And it worked! Thanks to him, we would’ve gone down a long, unnecessary rabbit hole. Thanks Marino for going above and beyond and helping us resolve an issue that was important to us.

I had lost partial power and called over a weekend. I got a prompt answer (no operator), and Witt guided me through potential fixes and helped me troubleshoot whether the issue was with Oncor or internal. I was able to get on the schedule the day of, but they made sure I contacted Oncor first before they came out and I was charged. Very helpful and very responsive. I’ll be saving their number for any future electrical issues.

Full Power Restored After Two Weeks
Daniel was knowledgeable, professional, and quick! I had partial power after the tornado/severe storms hit in May. Half of my outlets and switches didn’t work. After going back and forth with Oncor, they assured me that full power was restored at my home. That’s when I reached out to Electric Man. They were able to schedule me the same day!
